We guarantee our perennials, shrubs & grasses to be healthy, well rooted & true to variety
We are not responsible for losses caused by:
- Neglect to water, plant promptly, prepare the soil or site your plant appropriately
- Plant loss from insects, animals, chemical or mechanical damage
- Plants used in above ground planters
- Extreme climate conditions
If you have a problem:
- We must be notified within 90 days
- The plant must be returned for evaluation
- Sales receipt required for returns
- There is no guarantee on discounted or sales materials
- Returns will be issued as in-store credit
